Hotline opening times

Our Clearing hotline for home students is typically open 9am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

During the UCAS results embargo period from 12 August to 17 August we will be unable to take any new Clearing applications but the hotline will still be available to handle enquiries and provide Clearing advice.

Hotline times during A level results week

  • Thursday 18 August: 8.15am–6pm
  • Friday 19 August: 9am–5pm
  • Saturday 20 August: 9am–1pm

From Monday 22 August, we will resume normal hotline times of 9am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday, until the end of August.
