Staff mental health and wellbeing is important to us and we have developed a staff wellbeing guide providing access to guidance, learning materials and policies to promote your overall wellbeing.

Helpful staff resources are available in our leadership and management academy. You will need a Moodle account to view these, please contact IT to get set up if you are a first-time user and use your university username and password to login.

Our employee assistance programme

Employee hub gives you access to our employee assistance programme providing free confidential support, over the telephone (0808 168 2143) or on-line 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our university counselling service

Our University of Nottingham counselling service provides a free and confidential service to staff and students. Get in touch by email:  counselling.service@nottingham.ac.uk (open Monday to Friday, 9.30 am - 4.30 pm).
