Our employee assistance programme
Employee hub gives you access to our employee assistance programme providing free confidential support, over the telephone (0808 168 2143) or on-line 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our on-line mental health service
Togetherall provides a range of on-line courses relating to anxiety, depression and other common mental health issues along with on-line forums to discuss and engage with others and support each other anonymously.
Our university counselling service
Our University of Nottingham counselling service provides a free and confidential service to staff and students. This includes access to workshops and groups. Get in touch by email: counselling.service@nottingham.ac.uk (open Monday to Friday, 9.30 am - 4.30 pm).
