University staff and students

The primary way to contact HR Shared Services, Employee Relations and Management Information and Systems teams is by raising a Service Request in UniCore using Help Desk. Requesting support in this way will ensure that your request is received by the correct HR team without delay.

Guides and support for using UniCore are available, but if you are unable to access the UniCore Help Desk, you can submit your Service Request by contacting the relevant team by email.

HR Senior Leadership Team

The HR senior leadership team, led by the Interim Director of HR, Helen Dunn, identify the strategic goals for Human Resources across the University and oversee plans and activity to meet them. The Director is supported by a Senior Management Team and approximately 140 staff.
