I am an applied mathematician with a particular interest in bacteria, infectious disease and AMR. I am currently working in Tania Dottorini's group on a collaborative project with the China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment using machine learning methods to find new ways to predict disease emergence on poultry farms.
