Applications are now open for the Undergraduate Community Internship Programme (UCIP) which offers high quality work experience opportunities in voluntary/community sector organisations for current undergraduate students.
The project aims to share the skills, knowledge and enthusiasm of bright, motivated students with local organisations who offer a valuable insight into working in the sector in return.
You will develop skills to enhance your employability and have an opportunity to try out work in a sector that employs over 700,000 people nationally.
Placements are designed to use your academic skills and typically take place one day a week (or the equivalent over two days) between September and December.
