New library service provides access to more books

Ever found yourself with a coursework deadline looming and someone’s got that last book you need checked out of the library? UoN libraries have introduced a new service called More Books, which makes getting access to library books much easier.

The new service comes in response to feedback from the National Student Survey (NSS) and other student surveys. It provides you with a quick and easy route to suggest books that we do not already have, ask for more copies of popular books, or request an Interlibrary Loan.

More Books speeds up the process of purchasing books and enables you to track the progress of your request within your library account.

Our libraries are working with lecturers to ensure your reading lists are available online. If your list is not on Moodle and the books you need are not in the library, please contact the libraries via email.
