During December 2018 the University of Nottingham will be celebrating Disability December with a range of events for staff and students including workshops, panel discussions, music performances and more. Our programme of events is below:
Inclusive climbing sessions
When? Sunday 2 and 9 December, 3-6pm

Minding the Mind: Supporting your mental health at work
When? Monday 10 December 2018, 12:30-1.30pm

Attend this talk and panel discussion to learn about the types of mental health problems associated with the workplace and find out what the University of Nottingham is doing to support staff and students to manage and improve their mental wellbeing.

New Singing Group for People with Dementia and Carers

Where? Rehearsal Hall, Department of Music, Nottingham Lakeside Arts
Led by Angela Warren and Paul Quinn, this group is for people with dementia as well as their carers. £5 per couple. All welcome.
