The University email service is currently experiencing long delays to the receipt of external emails. Microsoft have resolved the issue but it will take some time for the large queue of messages to clear.
Emails sent from external senders to University of Nottingham email addresses after 8:15pm, Tuesday 21 May are affected and will have been delayed.
These emails are now filtering through and will continue to do so throughout the course of the day. Please note that they may not be delivered in the order in which they were sent.
If you are expecting an urgent email from an external organisation, please use an alternative method of contact. For all other emails – if you haven’t received an email that you’re expecting within 48 hours, please request that it be resent.
