The University of Nottingham works with stakeholders and partners around the world in a number of different ways. In the past five years, our researchers have collaborated with over 6,500 other institutions around the world, with over half of all our publication outputs featuring international collaboration. The University also works with foreign governments and industry to deliver training and expertise. We are also proud to be a member of innovative international networks such as Universitas 21.
In education, Nottingham has exchange and study abroad agreements with over 400 universities around the world, and has in-depth teaching partnerships with around 50 key partner universities, supporting hundreds of students each year to obtain uniquely international qualifications. Nottingham also works with a select group of partners to provide bespoke international summer schools.
The University conducts appropriate due diligence on potential partners to ensure compliance with UK regulations and protect our community. This may involve reviewing publicly available information about partner organisations and key individuals. Our due diligence process helps ensure partnerships align with University values and regulatory requirements.
