4th ESA Investment Forum
On behalf of ESA Technology Transfer Programme Office, Europe Unlimited, and KIS4SAT we invite you and your SMEs to the 4th ESA Investment Forum taking place on 19 May 2010 in Stuttgart, Germany.
The Forum fosters investment and partnership opportunities by showcasing high-growth start-up companies developing or using space technology, applications or services in a non-space environment in sectors such as satellite communication, satellite navigation and earth observation. In recent years we have witnessed that transfer of space technologies to commercial applications generated highly profitable business opportunities. A very good example is satellite-based services for B2B and B2C consumer markets.
The program involves:
• Presenting SME profiles for 8 minutes followed by 7 minutes of feedback and questions from an international panel of reviewers, consisting of innovation experts, corporate executives and venture capital investors
• Meeting individually with other presenters and experts of your choice including those requesting meetings with you and your SMEs (One2One meetings).
• Participating at the Venture Academy where experienced coaches from the relevant industry areas work pragmatically with the presenters to prepare them for the Forum (further details of this academy will be sent separately)
• Providing us with an up-to-date company profile of SME businesses via the ESA registration form for publication in the conference binder.
• Being present from 9h00 to 19h00 on the day of the conference
Participation is free of charge for the selected companies who will make their pitch
