10th New Navigator Seminar - 2015
Calling all Navigators, Engineers, Scientists and Surveyors
If you are a PhD, MSc, or final-year undergraduate student and are interested in positioning/navigation technology or looking at the possibility of a career in this field, then the annual Royal Institute of Navigation’s New Navigator Seminar is not to be missed.
This one day seminar, now in its tenth year, is a special event for researchers to present their positioning/navigation research to a wide audience and to gain an awareness of other developments in the domain. Benefits of attending include the opportunities to:
- Gain experience speaking at a conference, in an informal and friendly environment
- Learn about the latest innovations in navigation and positioning technology
- Network with key academic, industry & government representatives
- Discuss potential career opportunities
Those students chosen to present their research will be given a year’s free guest membership of the RIN. A special prize (cash and certificate) will be awarded for the best student presentation.
Attendance is free to speakers, £10 for students, £30 for RIN Members and £50 for others. Exhibition space will also be available – contact RIN for details. All prices include VAT. This includes lunch & refreshments, in addition to access to all the presentations.
