European companies are seeking SME partners with expertise in Aeronautics and Space technologies

Sky High Tech is a free matchmaking service, which includes a selection of technologies within Aeronautics and Space which are offered and requested by companies in Europe. The service also provides information on relevant fairs and matchmaking events. The aim of the publication is to promote cross-border trade and co-operation. Sky High Tech is published by the Aeronautics and Space Sector Group of the Enterprise Europe Network – the world’s largest business matchmaking network.

  • SME Instrument partner search in the field of earth observation farming: Italian winner of a SME Instrument Phase I is seeking partners for Phase II (Horizon2020-SPACE-01-2015-2). Objective of the project is to bring innovative online geographic tool to deliver value added services map in agriculture to market.   • Space vehicle and satellite high energy radiation shield: UK company has developed a system using an actively controlled dynamic magnetic field (using material based constructs or stable magnetic fields as shielding) which effectively shields satellites, spacecraft and people from the various forms of radiation and charged particles emitted from solar flares, etc. The company offers this technology under licence to potential partners in the aerospace sector. Innovative optical sensor solutions are being developed for aircraft landing gear and fuel systems and trials are being conducted for point pressure sensors for oil and gas down-hole and pipeline applications. “Rzeszow University of Technology from Poland met Price Induction, aviation turbofans manufacturer from Germany, at ILA Berlin Air Show matchmaking event. They continued the conversation at Paris Airshow and Aviation Valley Expo Days matchmaking events, all organised by Enterprise Europe Network and in October 2014 Price Induction started selling jet engine technology to the university.”
