This video documents the 2010 UAB School of Nursing International Nursing and Health Care Leadership and Management Program and was graciously directed, filmed and produced by Mara Jambor. The goal of the program was to the strengthen nursing and health care leadership. The program is offered bi-annually by the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization Collaborating Center on International Nursing of the UAB School of Nursing. Participants in the 2010 program included 26 nurses from Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Honduras, Peru, and Zambia. The program was also linked with the Summer Institute on Global Public Health Leadership offered by the Sparkman Center for Global Health at the UAB School of Public Health and with the UAB English Language and Culture Institute.
