5. Anna is uncertain
"I am not satisfied with what my doctor said to me."
Anna had a cold and went to the doctor. She found it strange when the doctor checked up on her, she sent her home without any antibiotics or any x-rays. Anna complains to her NGO (non-governmental organization) worker that the doctor must not have been a very good doctor.
