Biography

Following graduation from the Royal Veterinary College in 2009, Sarah spent several years in farm animal practice in Derbyshire. In 2015 she started a PhD at the School of Veterinary Medicine and Science at the University of Nottingham, evaluating the relationships between beef herd performance indicators and overall enterprise success. In April 2018 she was appointed as a Teaching Associate in clinical and professional skills, with a farm animal focus. She continues to teach across the farm animal undergraduate curriculum with particular interests in risk-based parasite management and sustainable food production and was promoted to Assistant Professor in 2023.
