A group of researchers from the Infrastructure, Geomatics and Architecture research division have won a prestigious award for their research into low carbon housing design. Dr Mark Gillott, Dr Lucelia Rodrigues and Dr Catalina Spataru were awarded the Trevithick Fund by the ICE Publishing Awards 2011 for their journal paper entitled ‘Low Carbon Housing Design Informed by Research’.
