HI-LIGHT Vitiligo Trial recruits its first participant

 

Congratulations to the research team at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust for enrolling the first participant into the HI-Light Vitiligo Trial.  Recruitment into this clinical trial will take place over the next 18 months, from June 2015 to November 2016.

The research team are looking for 440 people with vitiligo to take part in the HI-Light Vitiligo Trial. The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of home-based light therapy with hand-held units and topical steroid for the treatment of vitiligo.
