Student prize for the best student’s oral presentation at the International Clinical Trials Methodology Conference

Congratulations to PhD student, Arabella Baker, from the Centre of Evidence Based Dermatology and Nottingham Clinical Trials Unit. Arabella won the prize for the best student’s oral presentation at the International Clinical Trials Methodology Conference in Harrogate – a busy, 3-day conference with over 800 delegates from around the world. This conference also happened to be the first conference that Arabella has ever attended – so very well done! Arabella presented both an oral presentation showing the results of her online clinical trial, and also had a poster showing her effective social media recruitment strategy, details of which have just been accepted for publication, so it’s a week of firsts as this is also her first paper as lead author.
