Dr Caroline Henry has won the award in the ‘Significant contribution to research delivery by a trainee healthcare professional’ category in the Clinical Research Network East Midlands Research Awards on 12 May 2017 for her work running a number of paediatric translational technology clinical studies.
Her recruitment in neonatal intensive care which included very sick children has been fantastic due to her detailed understanding of GCP, her prior recruitment experience and her strong belief in the potential benefit of the studies.
