Biography

Graeme returns as a Nottingham graduate, with over 20 years of experience in Architectural Practice, spanning from small traditional refurbishments, to complex, large scale collaborative projects behind him, to be the University lead in establishing new collaborative links and between the school and Architectural Practice.

After graduation in 1998, Graeme worked at EPR Architects Ltd on major projects of up to of £190m in value for clients such as Land Securities, Oxford University and the Corporation of London, under Traditional, D&B and Design Management JCT Contract structures.

Returning to Nottingham in 2003 to join regional practice Church Lukas, Graeme has been responsible for the delivery of over £125m of projects all over the UK, spanning office, retail, residential, industrial, R+D and student accommodation projects. The latest projects saw him working on a number of collaborative schemes under NEC and similar contracts.

Graeme was responsible at Church Lukas for maintenance of practice NBS and other Specification standards, CPD, and implementation of the latest CDM 2015 changes.

Graeme is a member of the Human Factors Research Group. Research Group.

Expertise Summary

Graeme is now the University Lead for establishment of Masters in Collaborative Practice.
