Semiconductor nanostructures from supercritical fluids: Correlating structure and (opto)electronic properties

Mike George and Duncan Gregory (Chemistry)
Philip Moriarty and Peter Beton (Physics & Astronomy)

The synthetic and optical spectroscopy expertise of the Duncan and George groups in the School of Chemistry are combined with the School of Physics & Astronomy's expertise in scanning probe techniques and synchrotron-based spectroscopies to probe the optoelectronic properties of II-VI semiconductor nanoclusters.
