One Day Student Rate includes lunch and refreshments on the day registered to attend. Tickets for the Drinks Reception and/or Conference Dinner to be purchased separately.
All students need to provide proof of enrolment on an undergraduate or postgraduate course at time of registering

Bookings – Cancellation Policy
- Payment must be made in full by, debit/credit card before the start of the event to guarantee admission.
- For bookings made within 30 days of the start of the event, payment must be made in full by or debit/credit card at the time of booking.
- If you book but cannot attend, you may nominate an alternative person from your organisation to attend up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follows:
- 8 weeks or more prior to start of event: 10% of the Conference fee 4 to 8 weeks prior to start of event: 50% of the Conference fee 4 weeks or less prior to start of event: 100% of the Conference fee
- All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing.
