John is a pioneer of Data Warehousing in Higher Education, building ASU's 1st data warehouse around 1995. He has coached Higher Ed institutions and industry on how to build data warehouses, best practices and the strategic importance of BI. For the last 5 years he has focused on dashboard design and academic analytics.
