Charges introduced for Medilink bus

city hosp cn 714x249

From Monday 13 March, students who use the Medilink bus to travel between Queen’s Medical Centre and City Hospital will need to pay for their bus fares.

The new charge will be £1.20 per journey. However, a discount is available if booking in advance using pre-paid Robin Hood tickets. This will cost £1 per journey.

The Medilink is a council-funded hopper bus service that runs between Queen’s Medical Centre and City Hospital. This charge has been introduced in order to maintain the service, which has been at risk due to council budgets.

More information about this new charge can be found on the Nottingham City Council website. If you have any queries about the new charge or the Medilink service, you can contact the Council.
