Each year we ask you to provide feedback on your experience at UoN in the form of the Nottingham Student Experience Survey. The results from 2017’s survey have now been made available.
You told us that you were overall 93% satisfied with your University experience, and 88% of you would recommend Nottingham to others.
You were particularly pleased with your experience with the Students’ Union, the Health Centre, the Graduate School, and clubs and societies. However, one clear area for improvement is the arrivals experience, and we have already begun to respond to this by launching the Student Transitions Task Force, which has been consulting with staff and students in order to improve the arrivals experience in future years.
Professor Sarah O’Hara, Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education and Student Experience, said: “An overall satisfaction result of 93% is a fantastic response and something that we should all be very proud of. At the same time, the results of the NSES have highlighted a few areas where we might need to focus our attentions to ensure that we maintain high levels of satisfaction across the board. The University of Nottingham is a fantastic place to live and study, and I'm pleased to see this reflected in our students' feedback.”
Thank you to everyone who completed the survey – it really helps us to make a difference for future students.
