If you’re a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic student looking for a volunteering opportunity and a chance to make new friends then our Global Buddies scheme could be the opportunity you’re looking for.
In this role you’ll help international, Erasmus and exchange students make friends and settle into life here at Nottingham. You’ll support a small group of students for up to four hours a week (usually fewer after Welcome Week), helping them to make the most of their time at University.
You will receive full training for the position, ensuring you’re taught everything you need to know about being a Global Buddy. You’ll also have access to other development opportunities, monthly social events and support in your role.
