The biggest female participation event of the year returns for a varied programme of fun fitness activities.
The evening will feature a number of different taster sessions, including salsa, rugby and mixed martial arts. The Chill Zone will include face painting, hair styling, a resident DJ courtesy of Red Bull, inflatable sofas and a new and improved photo booth. You can take part in as much or as little as you like!
Girls’ Night In is free, is exclusively for students, and you don’t even need a sports and fitness membership to attend.
