The University welcomes degree apprenticeship students

The University of Nottingham has welcomed 37 new apprentices to degree apprenticeship programmes starting this academic year. 

Combining real work with study, the apprentices have joined us to take part in the Laboratory Scientist, Architecture and Advanced Clinical Practitioner degree apprenticeship programmes.

The programmes are developed alongside employers to provide employees with bespoke, work-based learning with real industry application. Apprentices will complete 20% ‘off-the-job’ training at the University, with teaching delivered both online and on campus. Upon successful completion of the programmes, apprentices will be recognised by the relevant professional bodies and graduate with a degree from the University of Nottingham.
