On Wednesday 27 January 2021, Antonio Cabrales, Professor of Economics at the University Carlos III de Madrid and one of the intellectual driving forces behind The CORE Project, delivered one of our first (virtual) lectures of the year to colleagues from Economics and other schools.
The Curriculum Open-access Resources in Economics (CORE) project is a teaching innovation platform that aims to change the way economics is taught. Established in 2013, it provides teachers with free, accessible resources that seek to provide a more ‘hands on’ approach to learning – whilst placing economics in a real world context.
The school would like to thank Antonio for a very thought-provoking talk and Sarah Speight for giving up her time to introduce and chair the event. View CORE’s online resources.
