As Market Insight Manager, Jessica is responsible for establishing, developing and managing a sector-leading market insight function within External Relations. Based within the Digital and Marketing team, and working closely with the University's Strategy, Planning and Performance Unit (SPP), Jessica's role is to undertake qualitative and quantitative market research and translate market insights into recommendations to inform student recruitment and marketing decision-making.
