Biography
I lead a team of decision makers responsible for determining and processing applications through the Centralised Decision Making (CDM) scheme. This ensures delivery of an enhanced level of customer service and adherence to service level agreements, including planning and organising the work of the team and setting and reviewing targets and objectives. I also take lead responsibility for the admissions element of undergraduate partnerships.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Line Management of Admissions Decision Makers for the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Arts
- Contributing to continuous development and review of application procedures, and identifying areas for development and improvement.
- Decision Making on applications for the Faculty of Engineering with specific responsibility for Civil Engineering
- Enquiry resolution
- Point of contact for applicants for the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Arts
