I work on a team that does the following:
Providing advice on all aspects of the ITE/Direct and UCAS application process to applicants, agents, schools, and other members of staff;
Advising on pre-applicant fee status queries;
Re-sending User Provisioning Emails for the NottinghamHub for ITE/Direct & UCAS applicants.
