The wife of José Agustín Ussoz y Mozi, the Oidor de la Audiencia de Charcas who was involved in the events that led to the defeat of President García Pizarro. She was among those who went out onto their balconies in Sucre and cheered on the patriots in 1809. (Urquidi, 155-156)
