Biographical details

Born in Lima, he became a doctor in civil law, Rector at the Colegio de San Felipe and Oidor de Lima, 1763-1803. He was Consejero honorario de Indias. Subscribed to El Mercurio Peruano in 1791. He died in 1803. (Clément, 115)
