MBA summer projects from the University of Nottingham Business School
Do you wondered if the University of Nottingham Business School could support you in a specific business area with a team or a single MBA?
Here is some more information on our MBA summer projects:
Every summer our MBAs work with different firms on specific projects to assist their business objectives. Our MBAs have business experience and can help you in all sorts of project areas such as market analyses, process modeling, efficiency improvements, strategic analysis, marketing strategies and other key business tasks. As well as their own experience we support the MBAs with an academic supervisor from an appropriate discipline and all the information technology resources of the university library’s business databases.
All that we need at this stage is a one pager on the project background drivers, the suggested project activities and your required outcomes. This together with the job title of the project sponsor/ contact will form most of the advertisement.
The projects run from approximately mid-June to mid-September and could focus upon virtually any issue that you need tackled at that time. This includes work finding information from external sources or industry analysis. All MBAs are supported by an academic supervisor and are chosen by the client after they submit CVs and are interviewed. Like in normal job situations clients may or may not appoint and projects may be for groups or individual MBAs from the many different countries on the course this year.
It is perfectly normal for the MBA to sign the client’s Non Disclosure Agreement. The client pays the intern’s expenses according to the client’s own expense system.
