Health Sciences academic receives 2018 Teaching Excellence Award

Suzanne Britt, Assistant Professor of Midwifery, has received a Teaching Excellence Award from the Universitas 21 Health Sciences Group (U21 HSG). The awards celebrate and reward exceptional educational scholarship and recognise good practice across the U21 network.

Sue has been in her educational role at the University of Nottingham since 2013 and became Assistant Professor in 2015. She is the Senior Tutor and Safeguarding Lead for the Division of Midwifery and contributes to teaching and learning across the midwifery programme. Sue will receive her award and present a joint workshop on teaching excellence at the U21 HSG Annual Meeting in Glasgow next year.
