RCM Annual Midwifery Awards 2017

We are very proud to share that two of our student midwives - Amanda Ancliffe and Rebecca Haydock - have been shortlisted for the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) JOHNSON’S Student Midwife Award!

The RCM Annual Midwifery Awards celebrate outstanding achievement in midwifery across the UK, recognising those individuals making a difference for women, families and the newborn.

The JOHNSON’S Student Midwife Award seeks to recognise a student midwife who has made an exceptional contribution to the student midwife community. Our students were nominated by Jacqui Williams, Associate Professor, in recognition of their exceptional commitment to midwifery as co-founders of the Midwifery Society. The awards ceremony will be held in London, on 7 March 2017.

Well done to both Amanda and Rebecca, and good luck!
