My current teaching interests centre around the neuromusculoskeletal system, with a focus on modules such as 'neuromusculoskeletal injury assessment and neuromusculoskeletal injury management'. Building on previous teaching experience in exercise therapy, exercise rehabilitation, therapeutic modalities and sports massage, I aim to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in injury risk reduction, assessment and rehabilitation.
In addition to teaching, my learning interests lie in exploring exercise rehabilitation interventions and strategies for injury risk reduction. I am passionate about staying on top of the latest research and developments in these areas, continually seeking opportunities to enhance my understanding and application of evidence-based practices in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
