4. Risk assessment activity: Individual
The risk assessment should be performed, prior to each moving and handling activity, using the acronym TILE (Task, Individual, Load, Environment). Although each of these elements influence each other and must be seen as a whole, for this activity we want you to focus on completing just one element of the risk assessment form.
