16. Preparation – Other interview question types

So far in this module we have looked at the most common type of interview questions used during nursing and midwifery interviews: competency and scenario-based questions.

It may feel like there are lots of different question types to prepare for. Refer back to the job description for an indication of what they are looking for as this will indicate the types of questions you might be asked. Also refer back to your research on the organisation because that might give you some context to the types of questions you are asked.
