The public meeting, organised by University of Nottingham scientists and supported by Alzheimer’s Research UK, will give people the opportunity to listen to short talks about dementia research and hear about the progress being made to tackle the condition.
The meeting will feature short talks from dementia experts on topics such as early diagnosis of dementia, and how advances in genetics could help with the development of new and effective treatments. The meeting will finish with a question and answer session chaired by Prof Kevin Morgan, where the public will get the opportunity to have their questions answered by the expert panel.
