We are the only Biomedical Research Unit in the country encompassing the breadth of gastroenterology and hepatology. Funded by NIHR since 2008, we bring together the theme leaders, investigators and academic clinical fellows to share research highlights of the previous year in this annual event.
The showcase includes an update on each of the major work streams, and original research presented by junior academics at national and international meetings. An external expert panel will join us to critically review our current programme and strategies for the future. The posters will be presented in the Medical School Foyer.
