Picnic in the Park is an afternoon for the whole family to enjoy.
As well as taking in the beautiful surroundings of one of the world’s greenest campuses, you’ll also be able to enjoy live music from Newstead Brass Band, and there will be activities including face painting, pond dipping and crafts.
Attendees should bring their own picnic as limited cafe service will be available.
Free parking will be available at the Millennium Garden.
This is a free event, which takes place 12-3pm, Sunday 24 June 2018. There’s no need to book in advance — just turn up on the day.
