How can we ensure meaningful collaborations between arts practitioners and higher education? What new ways of working need to be adopted to produce outcomes that advance practise?
Join us for a day of discussion and networking around the key themes of ‘supporting artistic research’ and ‘practitioners as researchers’.
This one day conference features contributions from arts organisations, arts practitioners and University of Nottingham academics who have worked in partnership with external parties. A variety of art forms (including theatre, visual arts and music) will be featured during the day, as we explore how collaboration can produce benefits for both partners and audiences. External speakers include Carolina Rito from Nottingham Contemporary and Roma Patel from Digital Set Design. The event is open to all.
This event will take place 10am-5pm on Friday 17 May at the Broadway Cinema, 14-18 Broad Street, Nottingham, NG1 3AL.
