Second year BSc Nutrition students will be presenting on a range of topics relating to nutrition, diet and health at this year’s Nutrition Fair held alongside the Farmers Market at Sutton Bonington Campus.
The event aims to help people make informed choices about their lifestyle in relation to food and nutrition. The fair is open to everyone and will offer opportunities to find out more information on nutrition, food and health.
This year’s topics include:
- Protein
- Sugar
- Saturated fat
- Snacks
- Nutrition myths
- Fast food calories
- Cost of healthy eating
- Halt your salt!
This event will take place 11am-2pm, Wednesday 5th June at Sutton Bonington Campus.
