The next event in our “Vice-Chancellor’s Lecture Series” will be delivered by distinguished author, Bill Bryson OBE.
In his newest book, The Body: A guide for occupants, Bryson sets off to explore the human body, how it functions and its remarkable ability to heal itself.
Bryson completed research for the book here in Nottingham at the Queen’s Medical Centre, with the support of many academics from the University.
His experiences at the University form the basis for one of the book’s chapters and are referenced throughout.
His talk, entitled Travels Around my Body, will see Bill discuss the book and his research here at Nottingham.
