We are delighted to announce that as part of the Nottingham Refugee Week (15 – 22 June 2019), HRLC will screen the documentary Barbara Harrell-Bond: A Life Not Ordinary on Tuesday 18 June at 5:30pm, Ustinov Room, Nottingham Playhouse.
The documentary explores the achievements of Barbara Harrell-Bond – academic, refugee activist and refugee rights advocate. The screening will be followed by a discussion about the role of universities in protecting refugees and asylum seekers with UoN and NTU academics.
