EU Fundamental Rights Agency report on 'Business and Human Rights: Access to Remedy' now available

We are delighted to share the new report on ‘Business and Human Rights: Access to Remedy’ published by the EU Fundamental Rights Agency (EU FRA) yesterday. Prof McCorquodale, Head of HRLC Business and Human Rights Unit, and HRLC researchers Laura Wills and Marie Auter conducted research for the UK component of the report.

Launching the report, EU FRA Director Michael O’Flaherty said: “The scales of justice are tipped more towards big business than victims. The EU and Member States need to level the playing field so victims can get justice simply and effectively.”
