Description

As part of continued work by the Institute for Advanced Manufacturing in 'evolvable and adaptive manufacturing systems', we have submitted a proposal for an invited session at the IFAC Symposium on Information Control in Manufacturing (INCOM) in Ottawa, Canada in May 2015.

The general theme for INCOM 2015 is “Advanced Information and Manufacturing Systems for a Sustainable Economy”, and aims at the collaboration between scientists, researchers, decision makers, and industry. Our session aims to focus on the convergence between intelligent/automated manufacturing systems and self-learning/adaptive/organising cyber-physical systems research. The call document can be downloaded here.

For further information on the invited session please contact Dr David Sanderson.
