Understanding consumer response to the sensory properties of food and non-food products.

 

A multidisciplinary team with skills in modern molecular techniques, biochemistry, physiology, dietetics and health psychology.

 
 

Researching individual differences, health, social, clinical and personality psychology.

 

Usability and Ergonomics Laboratory:  a self-contained space with video and data capture conducting  studies in which behaviours can be observed and measured in a controlled fashion.
